Specializing in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, and the experience of being "stuck" in maladaptive psychological, emotional, and behavioral patterns. I work collaboratively with clients to understand their struggles and support them in finding effective ways to mindfully reconnect and challenge themselves with increasingly healthier forms of self compassion, while moving forward towards their goals. Successful psychotherapy treatment is, on one hand undoubtedly unique to each client and their life experiences, and yet on the other hand, it often parallels the cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and interpersonal patterns that other humans have experienced and improved upon to effectively reduce their suffering and create more joy and aliveness in their lives.
